STUDIO PARKING

The Wellbeing studio is located off Chesterton Road, 20 minutes walk from Cambridge city centre.

Bike racks are available outside. 

Satyam have 6 car parking spaces onsite and street parking is available nearby.

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Full payment is made at the time of booking. All payments are non-refundable as agreed at the time of booking. Appointments may be rescheduled as needed with 24 hours+ notice.

Any cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will not be rescheduled/refunded however you may send a friend or family member to attend in your place.

You will receive an email confirmation with a link should you need to reschedule your appointment.

Amend an existing booking:

1) Open your original booking confirmation email

2) Click on view or change my appointment 

3) View the availability calendar and choose a convenient time to reschedule

4) You will receive an email confirmation with the amended booking time.

Redeem a gift voucher:

Simply head over to online booking and enter your gift voucher code at checkout.
