Relaxing Holistic Massage

From £65
60 minute/90 minute/120 minute

A deeply relaxing full body massage treatment to ease tension and calm the mind from head to toe. A lighter pressure is used with slow movements to relax the nervous system, thereby assisting the body to let go of built up tension and to reset. A healing and nourishing treatment to bring you some solace in your body.

Testimonial

I have been going to Tina regularly for over 2 years now, and can just say that she is a real back-saver; her back massages are absolutely wonderful. There were some days when I came to Tina with lots of tension in the back and neck area, just to feel totally revitalised after the session. She also uses the best products and aromatic oils for her massages, listens and adapts her technique to a particular problem zone. If you are looking for a place which feels really warm and friendly, and makes you feel totally relaxed, this is the one to choose.

Deep Tissue Massage

From £65
60 minute

This style of Deep Tissue Massage aims to release chronic patterns of tension held in the body through slow strokes, and a combination of deep and light pressure on the contracted areas. These techniques are used in combination with supporting the nervous system to release built up tension. Deep-tissue massage is helpful to reduce pain, loosen muscle tissue, release toxins from the muscles and improve blood and oxygen circulation. Our methods are far from many other beliefs of massage such as 'no pain no gain', our focus is on a deeply relaxing and therapeutic therapy with a lighter pressure to help your body gently release tension and reset with ease.

I went to Tina with a stiff back. After a 60 minute massage it felt much freer, and now two days later all the previous discomfort has gone. A life saver!

All appointment times include your consultation, in your first session we may take a little longer over the consultation - usually 5-10 minutes. In follow up appointments we usually take around five minutes catching up to allow the treatment to be tailored to your needs on that day.

Arrive as you are however if your massage will include a foot massage, please arrive with clean feet - thank you.

How many sessions will I need?

This depends on how long you have been suffering with the condition or on your individual situation, I will recommend a frequency following your session.

How often can I have a massage?

Some of our clients have treatments once or twice a week, some have them once a month and others just as a special occasion so this is really your choice. To get the very best out of your treatments as well as ongoing benefits, we recommend scheduling regular treatments at least monthly.
